End User License Agreement.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using TokiVoki. Unless you have a different license agreement signed with Easy Wonder, Inc., your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Easy Wonder, Inc. grants to you a nonexclusive license to use TokiVoki, provided that you agree to the following:

Evaluation and Registration
If you have received TokiVoki for evaluation purposes, the following is applied.
You may use this software to read and listen TokiVoki integrated documents without restriction. At the same time the full-featured TokiVoki Integrated Editor is not a free software. The full-featured TokiVoki Integrated Editor is given to you for evaluation purposes. You may use it without charge for a period of 30 days. When this period expires TokiVoki enters restricted mode in which you can not save files of size more than 20 KBytes. To get out of the restricted state you have to register TokiVoki for a small fee and enter your registered name and the serial number received (Menu Help-> "Buy and Register")..

Registered Version
By registering you receive the nonexclusive license to use the full version of TokiVoki Integrated Editor.
One registered copy of the TokiVoki Integrated Editor may either be used by a single person who uses it personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

Copyright and Trademark Rights
TokiVoki is owned by Easy Wonder, Inc.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THE LICENSE FOR TOKIVOKI AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES IS GIVEN "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which TokiVoki Integrated Editor may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
